Sweet disco repress action. Originally released back in 1977 on Peter Brown and Patrick Adams’ legendary P&P imprint, Jesse Gould’s “Out Of Work” has got to be one of the funkiest jams about being unemployed. Despite the rather downer subject matter, this thing’s got one hell of a disco groove that’ll heat up the floor and get folks movin’ and shakin’. O.G. copies go for loot so do the right thing and cop this legit reissue. Includes both original and instrumental versions (for those that steer clear of vocals) and comes in authentic old school disco sleeve with sticker.
