When I got the advance promo of this, it arrived in a throwback brown Warp sleeve. I put it on, and it was bursting with those dubby downtempo beats and delicious vocal samples. I thought that Warp had uncovered some lost mid-nineties Nightmares material (circa the classic Smoker’s Delight), but in actuality, this is a brand new NOW album, and it’s his best album in 10 years. Totally feeling this from the opener all the way down to the cover art. Recommended.
