Second album from San Francisco’s Red House Painters. Red House Painters was originally recorded between the summer of 1992 and spring of 1993, and is filled with themes of pain, desolation and loss. The music moves through folk pop and shoegaze, stark moments and more soundscape styled pieces. Includes the songs: “Katy Song,” “Grace Cathedral Park,” “Mistress,” and “New Jersey.” Fourteen tracks in all. Released by 4AD on double vinyl.
