Black Keys third album repressed on 180 gram wax. Rubber Factory was originally recorded in 2002 and was the first album that the Akron-based duo recorded outside of drummer Patrick Carney’s basement. The recording location for this album was actually a dilapidated factory that used to make tires (hence the title) and though it wasn’t the ideal studio setting (terrible acoustics, hot as hell, no windows, etc), the album was still able chart, their first to do so. Features the tracks “10 AM Automatic,” “Girl Is On Mind,” “Till I Get My Way,” and more. 13 tracks in all on Fat Possum Records.
