Scarface’s 1993 sophomore solo effort reissued. Just look at that cover. Early 90’s lo-fi rap album art at it’s finest! The World Is Yours might not have as many memorable hits as 94’s The Diary (which is when Scarface really hit his peak), but it still has ’nuff funk in the trunk to rattle your G-ride. Plenty of funky drummer breaks, squealin’ funk horns and squiggly worm synths to spare. Don’t sleep on the slow burners on which Scarface’s style really shines (“Now I Fell Ya”). Official double vinyl pressing (please note: cover is printed in really low resolution).
